Patrick obtained his Master of Public Administration in Health Policy & Administration and Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University. He is a car and motorcycle enthusiast, an avid Star Wars fan and prides himself on being involved in the community. Patrick and his wife reside in Texas with their 3 dogs.

Brian is a Partner at ROMA Hired, where he advises clients on executive leadership strategy and partners with boards and senior leadership teams to deliver transformative talent solutions. He specializes in operational and finance leadership placements across high-growth, private equity-backed, and enterprise environments.
With a career rooted in operational excellence and enterprise transformation, Brian brings over two decades of experience guiding organizations across Financial Services, Energy, Higher Education, and Private Equity. He is known for his strategic perspective, ability to navigate complexity, and focus on aligning leadership to long-term business goals.
Brian holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Illinois State University. Outside of work, he is deeply engaged in his community, serving as a head coach in a local youth basketball league—a role that underscores his commitment to mentorship and team development.
Lorraine Caie
Managing Partner, Head of Advisory
As a Managing Partner at ROMA Hired, Lorraine Caie leads the Advisory and Transformation practice, bringing extensive experience across financial services, insurance, retail, and global corporate sectors. With a Chartered Accountancy and Change Management background, she advises Board and C-Suite stakeholders on the financial and business implications of transformation, allowing her to translate business requirements into actionable and measurable outcomes. She is known for delivering complex restructures and transformations, mergers, acquisitions, divestments, regulatory changes, and business benefits while maintaining a focus on delivering shareholder value.
During her time as Principal at Milliman, Lorraine was instrumental in scaling the Technology Consulting Practice globally. At Ernst & Young, she directed global restructuring projects for clients, including major divestments and regulatory compliance programs.
With 20 years in London and across Europe, Lorraine leverages her expertise to enhance the firm’s reputation for delivering impactful business transformation solutions that drive sustainable growth and success for our clients.
Paul Moore
Strategic Advisor
Paula is a Strategic Advisor at ROMA Hired, where she leads enterprise HR transformation and organizational advisory for high-growth clients across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. With 20+ years of experience in workforce strategy, Paula specializes in performance-driven org design, leadership development, and enterprise change across Fortune 500s and PE-backed ventures.
Prior to ROMA Hired, she held senior roles at JLL and Deloitte, where she built global Centers of Excellence, led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and advised clients including Google, Meta, and Bristol Myers Squibb. Her cross-sector expertise spans real estate, healthcare, professional services, and technology.
Paula is known for her ability to architect scalable HR systems, guide C-suite leaders through change, and drive measurable ROI from human capital investments. She holds a Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in Speech Communication from Texas State University. She currently serves on the advisory board of BossmakeHer Inc.
